Kashyap Jambu Kaushal Nirman Trust, KJKNT, was created with the following main objectives:

1) To bring about much needed change in outlooks and attitudes amongst the parents and wards of the J&K state, especially KP Community concerning education and career opportunities.

2) To inculcate a spirit of self help amongst the youth by catching them young and cultivating the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship amongst them.

3) To bring in much needed change in economic landscape of the community and through that the State and our country by creating job providers in place of job seekers.

4) To create a workable and viable alternative to the present employment options such as PM Package jobs etc, which are made available in far flung areas of Kashmir Valley in a very hostile environment, and, which in many a ways has been highly counter-productive on the social canvas of displaced KP Community? The changed times and social conditions demand that a serious intervention is made here and, catching them young, children are made aware of modern Science and Technology through practical demonstration rather than stuffing of theory into their feeble minds. With the help of toys and practical science projects, the intricacies of Modern science and Technology can be better explained than through volumes of books! The projects can be designed and executed in a manner as would fire up the curiosity of these children which is sure to make them creators, innovators and inventors! Thus, the Trust intends to introduce a fresh culture of learning and catching minds at tender ages, create a vibrant eco-system of skills and manufacturing!
